All the sessions on this timetable are delivered in groups (maximum 4 children) and run alongside Kent school term times.

*Each tutoring group session is priced at £25 per child per session from September 2025.

Year 4 and 5 11+

· These sessions will be run for those children in year 4 and in year 5 wishing to boost their confidence in the KS2 curriculum with the focus being on what is needed to prepare for the build up to the 11+ assessment.

· The sessions are 1 hour long and will take place weekly during term time.

· Weekly homework will be given to help build on the skills learnt in the sessions. This is handed out in a paper format and through the use of an additional online subscription to CGP (the subscription is an additional cost to the tutoring sessions).

Across the term work is divided into: times tables, arithmetic, KS2 maths topic work, spellings, reading comprehension, grammar, punctuation, verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning.

Key Stage 2 Booster Groups

· For those children wishing to boost their confidence in either the lower or the upper KS2 curriculum without 11+ focus.

· The sessions are 1 hour long and will take place weekly during term time.

· Weekly homework, including times tables and spellings, will be given.

The work is divided into: times tables, KS2 maths topic work, spellings, reading comprehension, punctuation and grammar.

Weekend and Holiday Tuition with Becca

By only delivering regular tuition sessions in small groups that have been carefully bought together to ensure that the children are working at a similar ability level to their peers, Becca is able to offer an effective and enjoyable learning space for 7-11 year old children. However, at Lamberhurst Tutoring we recognise that some children may benefit from more 1:1 tuition sessions (please see the information on our SEN page and tuition with Clare) or some extra 1:1 tuition every now and then.

1:1 tuition with Becca can be booked in as an additional support option to the weekly group sessions. These sessions can be booked on request during weekends and school holiday times and are priced at £40/child/hour.

For year 5 11+ children working towards sitting the Kent test in September 2026, various 11+ Mock tests will be available to sit over the holidays to give them the experience of exam conditions and the time pressures of the 11+. Mock tests are all sat along Becca’s kitchen dining table within a 3 hour time frame (including Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning and Spatial).

An additonal session to support the 11+ writing paper (only marked if needed for the headteacher’s appeal) will be available during the holidays for those children who would benefit from support with this.
